What do we do if we want to hire the product for longer?
Contact us by phone as soon as you can and we will confirm if this is possible.
Do you take a deposit for all items?
Yes we do,the deposit is shown on the drop down list and is transferred to your shopping basket. The deposit is returned in full if all the items are returned in good condition.
If we have enjoyed using a product can we purchase it from you?
Yes you can. We will provide you with a price on request.
How will I know how to use a product?
We have chosen our products specifically as they are easy to use, but we also provide manufacturers instructions.
What happens if a piece of equipment gets broken or damaged?
If a product is broken and needs replacement please let us know as soon as possible and if possible we will arrange for a replacement. Please note some or all of the deposit for that item will be retained.
If a car seat is involved in an accident please do not use the seat and contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to provide you with a replacement and the dispose of the other seat.
What does the delivery cost include?
The items you have ordered will be delivered and collected from the address of your choice at a time agreed with you. Alternatively you can collect from our address in Stockport.
Caravan Sites, Hotels and Apartments
If you are staying in a hotel, caravan or apartment please leave equipment at the reception of the accommodation when checking out. If you wish to keep the equipment for that day we can arrange for the courier to meet you later in the day. Please note that the latest time for collection is 4pm.
If you are staying in a holiday cottage or privately rented house your hired items will be collected from your accommodation before you check out. Please make a note on the booking form the time you require us to collect the equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change at the last minute, so we only charge for one nights hire if cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.
